This is a place to express things you DON"T get to express in everyday life. At least it is for me anyway. You weren't fond of your mother finding your blog were you?100 Thoughts of Lovehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04200599373915306830noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8494915958890956047.post-62627702155001574372009-01-08T15:02:00.000-06:002009-01-08T15:02:00.000-06:00Those are all realistic and healthy goals. I know several bloggers whose children I would love to see write a few posts of their own, but the general trend seems to be for young people to shy away from that.BrightBoyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13002463263474418737noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8494915958890956047.post-60389172964343468632009-01-06T14:06:00.000-06:002009-01-06T14:06:00.000-06:00I'm in my fourth year of divorce and I can now hon...I'm in my fourth year of divorce and I can now honestly say that I like myself. Yep, that's right. I like myself and for all that being married brought with it (a better social life) I know now that being with someone you don't love is NOT better than being alone with someone you do (yourself)

A lot of those resolutions are very attainable. There is nothing wrong with a wish list. Bottom line, at the end of the year, if you didn't do any of them, you're still a hell of a woman.bernthishttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05905337047538489562noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8494915958890956047.post-43768848481015015302009-01-06T00:35:00.000-06:002009-01-06T00:35:00.000-06:00I just wanna bake cookies...I just wanna bake cookies...Jonashttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04262851315471933295noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8494915958890956047.post-28216997479010010302009-01-04T09:14:00.000-06:002009-01-04T09:14:00.000-06:00I can't help but be infected with the sense of Hop...I can't help but be infected with the sense of Hope that the new year brings and I kind of like the idea of new years resolutions. I hope that each year brings a certain amount of personal growth and how can there be growth without realizing where growth needs to happen.. I don't really see our flaws as failures... but merely part of the human condition... parts that, with the passage of every year we have the choice and chance to improve on. I wish you all the best with yours. Your list and mine are the first step... and if we don't make it... well then there is always next year. :-)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8494915958890956047.post-79553792138412230992009-01-04T08:39:00.000-06:002009-01-04T08:39:00.000-06:00I don't make resolutions either. Just do the best I can with what I have and with what I'm willing to persue.

I just saw a story about a 79 (?) year old man that bought a lottery ticket and won 10 million. A twenty year tradition with his wife. Sad for him that later in the afternoon, he had a heart attack. It's good that a man can leave his wife of 59 years so well situated in retirement.Day Travelerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05985287222244728755noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8494915958890956047.post-44145006812178640162009-01-03T23:18:00.000-06:002009-01-03T23:18:00.000-06:00Hard to believe that Y2K was almost ten years ago!...Hard to believe that Y2K was almost ten years ago! I don't make resolutions, but I do make a list of goals. Somehow that seems more flexible and allows me to reflect on progress rather than meeting the whole resolution.

Happy New Year!NCmountainwomanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00615765649828716560noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8494915958890956047.post-80353994498939462002009-01-03T20:37:00.000-06:002009-01-03T20:37:00.000-06:00"and I can't seem to win the lottery"Yeah, what's ..."and I can't seem to win the lottery"

Yeah, what's up with that?

Good luck with the resolutions and Happy New Year!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
